Dr. Vlasenko Yulyia is an Associate Professor at the Department of Environmental Law, the Educational and Scientific Law School of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She is PhD in Law. She worked on topic "Optimization of Ukrainian legislation in the field of environmental safety" in the Department of Law Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She has a pedagogical experience of more than 15 years of the Department of Environmental Law. In 2016, she was an arbitrator at the first all-Ukrainian student debate on environmental law, Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. In 2020 — 2021, she was one of the executors of the NFD of Ukraine grant project on the topic: "Legal model of the doctrine of social and ecological security of Ukraine". In 2022, she received Sanctuary Fellowship at University College Cork and completed an internship at School of Law, College of Business and Law University College Cork 6 months (UCC), Cork, Ireland. She is Member of the Bar Council of Kyiv region since 2000.
