Dr. Tetiana Shokha is a PhD in legal sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Environmental Law of the Educational and Scientific Law School of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine. Field of scientific interests: environmental law, environmental safety law, legal regulation of environmental insurance, judicial review of environmental disputes. Author of 50 scientific publications, including the monograph "Legal Aspects of Environmental Insurance in Ukraine" (2019), co-author of 5 monographs devoted to the problems of environmental security law, scientific publications in Scopus and Web of Science. In her teaching activities, she gave lectures, conducted practical and seminar classes on normative courses and special courses: "Environmental law", "Land law", "Actual problems of environmental law", "Legal problems of environmental and nuclear insurance", "Contract in environmental law" , "Legal regulation of environmental safety", "Problems of the permit system in environmental law", "Environmental monitoring and environmental insurance: legislation of Ukraine", "Legal protection of environmental safety and environmental rights of citizens", "Legal problems of environmental expertise", "Legal responsibility for environmental law", "Legal problems of state regulation of radiation safety", "Nuclear law", "Civil liability for nuclear damage", "Problems of implementation and protection of environmental rights of citizens", "Basics of environmental law", "Basics of environmental law" , "Jurisprudence", "Court consideration of cases on environmental legal relations" and others.
