Dr. Roman Kirin is a Doctor of Law (JD). He is a well-known scientist in the field of mining and environmental law. He has been engaged in scientific work since 1986, a certified forensic expert. The author of almost 600 scientific and practical publications on the problems of legal regulation of mining and environmental relations, as well as intellectual property law and forensic examination, Dr. Roman is a leading researcher at the V. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the NAS of Ukraine and chief forensic expert of the Dnipropetrovsk Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
