Dr. Nadiia Oliinuk is an Assosiate Professor Department of Management, Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University. She is member of the NGO "Institute of Socio-Economic Regional Studies". She is active in professional and public activities. Her fields of scientific interests include: current issues of organizational behavior of personnel and peculiarities of team management; organization of the manager's work, implementation of management decisions and delegation of powers; building the business career of the staff.
