Dr. Kovalenko Vitaliy Valentinovich is doctoral scholar of the Department of Public Administration and Administrative Law of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He is a member of the national group of administrative scientists, takes an active part in the development of draft laws and by-laws, including developing a draft Concept of legal support for the sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy. Research interests: administrative law, environmental law, financial law, public administration, in particular the problems of the state policy of sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy.
