Dr. Iryna Mazurkevych is an Assosiate Professor of the Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business Department at Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics of State University of Trade and Economics, Vinnytsia, Ukraine. She is member of the NGO «Ukrainian Society of Commodity Experts and Technologists», member of the NGO «Ukrainian Restaurant Association» member of the NGO «Restaurant Guild», member of the Association of Hotel Associations and City Hotels of Ukraine, member of the NGO "Vinnytsia Hospitality Association «HlibSil». Her fields of scientific research include: Conducts fundamental and applied research in the field of hotel and restaurant business, methods of assessing management efficiency and competitiveness at enterprises of the hospitality industry.
