Dr. Dmitry Zadykhaylo is Аssociate Рrofessor of Environmental Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv, Ukraine. He graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine (in 2007). In 2013, he defended his PhD (Law) thesis on the topic «The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as a subject of the economic system: constitutional and legal aspect». In 2017 he was awarded the academic title of Аssociate Рrofessor and has been working since then at Department of Environmental Law of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv, Ukraine. He has developed and delivers lectures and practical classes on the courses: «Еnvironmental Law», «International environmental law», «Economic law». He regularly participates in international conferences, publishes abstracts of reports in collections of conference materials. He has published more than 100 scientific and methodological works, including scientific articles, abstracts, textbooks and study guides. His core research addresses economic mechanism of transition to green economy standards, state stimulation of ecological management, legal mechanism of ecological management.
